Energy Work Offerings

Energy work is the art of attuning to the unseen, subtle layers of being — restoring flow, harmony, and vitality to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual fields.
From early childhood, I felt a natural connection to energy through my hands. Over time, this sensitivity evolved into a calling. Since 2014, I have trained in and practiced a variety of Energy Healing modalities, weaving techniques of sound, somatic awareness, and intuitive energetic attunement.
In 2022, my work began evolving into a more personalized and unique direction, integrating the intuitive healing streams I receive through voice, energy field reading, and spiritual listening.

Below are the Energy Work offerings currently available:

1. Akashic Field Therapy™ (AFT)

Akashic Field Therapy™ (AFT) is a powerful, heart-centered modality founded by spiritual teacher CJ Martes.
It combines intuitive conversation, energetic reading, and focused clearing techniques to address deep-rooted patterns, emotional wounds, and spiritual blocks stored within the Akashic Field — the energetic blueprint of your soul’s journey.

An AFT session often feels like a deep, compassionate talk therapy session, but concludes with a potent energy healing transmission to clear, uplift, and realign your system. I also incorporate somatic awareness techniques to help deepen your connection to your own body’s wisdom during the healing process.

Common session focuses include:

  • What is blocking me in a certain area of my life?

  • What do I need to release from my energetic field around _____?

  • How can I support a breakthrough or soul-level transformation?

🔹 Ideal for emotional healing, spiritual clarity, and shifting long-standing blocks.

Important Details:

  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

  • AFTs can also be delivered as a private audio recording (without a live Zoom session) if preferred.

  • Maximum of 2 AFTs per session.

  • It is recommended to complete a series of 12 AFT sessions over time for profound transformation.

  • 1 AFT session (45 min – 1 hour): $150

  • 2 AFT sessions (1.5 – 2 hours): $300

2. Energy Work Session (In-Person or Distance)

During this personalized healing session, you are invited to deeply relax — either in person on a massage table, or at a distance from the comfort of your own space.
I attune to your energy field, working intuitively to clear blockages, restore balance, and transmit higher-frequency healing.
These sessions include channeled sound healing, where I vocalize specific energetic tones, melodies, and frequencies uniquely for you.
This channeling is guided by your soul’s needs in the moment and can promote:

  • Deep emotional release

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Spiritual realignment

  • Feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your essence

Most clients describe the experience as deeply calming, nurturing, and profoundly moving, with effects unfolding for days or weeks afterward.

🔹 Distance sessions are equally effective and conducted energetically across space and time.

3. Soul Language Energy Healing Recordings

(Formerly called “Light Language”)

I offer custom Soul Language Healing Recordings — an intuitive vocal transmission of healing energies through sound, beyond traditional language.
Each recording carries encoded frequencies of love, clarity, and soul activation.

You may request a recording in response to:

  • A personal question (e.g., “What do I need to hear for healing today?”)

  • Support through a life transition

  • General spiritual nourishment

🔹 Ideal for personal meditation, emotional processing, spiritual expansion, and receiving energetic upgrades.

Recording Options:

  • Short Recording (5–7 minutes): $55
    (Focused boost around a single issue or intention)

  • Medium Recording (12–15 minutes): $111
    (Deeper multi-layered transmission)

  • Extended Recording (20–25 minutes): $188
    (Immersive energetic journey)

Recordings are delivered via email in MP3 format within 2–4 weeks.
